Salary: £100,000 - £117,00 + Bonus

The Role

  • Lead data architecture design and delivery across complex client programmes
  • Define and implement modern, cloud-based data architectures aligned to enterprise strategy
  • Provide best-practice guidance on data management, governance, and modelling
  • Operate in a client-facing environment, engaging senior technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Contribute to capability growth through mentoring, thought leadership, and, at senior levels, revenue ownership
  • Work closely with engineering, analytics, and platform teams as part of integrated delivery squads

Your Skills & Experience

  • Strong commercial experience as a Data Architect within financial services or similarly regulated environments
  • Proven capability designing enterprise data platforms across AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Deep knowledge of data modelling, including conceptual, logical, and physical models
  • Experience with cloud migration patterns, data lakes, and modern data management tooling
  • Ability to align data architecture across multiple programmes and business units
  • Consulting experience with confidence operating in client-facing roles
  • Clear communication skills with the credibility to influence senior stakeholders
