THE COMPANY
This leading entertainment and connectivity brand runs one of the largest client-side Econometrics teams in the UK, with over 30 specialists across Europe. With significant annual marketing investment, the team plays a pivotal role in understanding the impact of advertising across multiple business areas and driving both short-term ROI and long-term brand growth.
THE ROLE
This Principal Econometrician position is a new hire within the team, created to support the growing partnership work in the broadband and mobile space. You'll manage and mentor a small team (2 Econometricians + 2 Seniors), while owning projects end-to-end, from scoping through to delivering insights back to the business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading MMM projects with a focus on broadband and mobile campaigns.
- Working cross-functionally with stakeholders to evaluate media effectiveness and commercial performance.
- Driving insights to measure how significant marketing investment influences brand emotion, ROI, and growth.
- Providing mentoring, guidance, and oversight of junior team members.
SKILLS + EXPERIENCE
- Experience in Marketing Mix Modelling / Econometrics.
- Hands-on technical capability (experience in R/Python/SQL or equivalent).
- Proven ability to deliver end-to-end econometrics projects.
- Experience mentoring or managing junior team members.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and presentation skills.
