You will work at the intersection of product, engineering and commercial teams, using data to influence strategy and shape meaningful user outcomes.

The Role and Deliverables
- Partner with product and business stakeholders to uncover user behaviour, pain points and opportunities through robust quantitative analysis
- Design and support experiments, develop hypotheses, and help size and prioritise new product initiatives
- Define, align and document key metrics, working closely with engineers to ensure reliable and consistent data foundations
- Build and maintain self-serve dashboards and analytical tools to enable data-informed decision-making
- Deliver deep-dive analysis with clear recommendations to support strategic product and business decisions
- Contribute to a central insights and knowledge hub, promoting shared understanding across teams
Your Skills & Experience
- Strong experience applying data analysis within a product-focused or digitally native environment
- Proficiency with SQL, Python or R, and familiarity with modern BI and analytics platforms
- Ability to translate complex business questions into structured analytical approaches and actionable insight
- Strong data storytelling skills, with confidence presenting findings to stakeholders at varying levels
- A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with genuine curiosity about user behaviour
- Comfortable collaborating closely with cross-functional teams while operating independently in a senior analytics environment
