This is an opportunity to join a fast growing digital product business where data sits at the heart of decision making. You will work on products used by millions of users every month, with real ownership across product analytics and experimentation as the company scales its capabilities.

The Company They are a B2B2C digital product business working closely with mobile network operators. Their platform enables operators to manage, measure and monetise the on device experience through branded, content driven products. The business operates at significant scale, generating billions of impressions and large volumes of rich behavioural data. Data and analytics are central to how they evolve their products and deliver value.

The Role As a Product Analyst, you will sit within a dedicated Product Analytics function, working closely with senior stakeholders across product, data and engineering. You will be hands on in exploring product performance and shaping how experimentation is used across the business.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading deep dive product analysis to understand feature performance, user behaviour and anomalies
  • Investigating issues in capacity, demand and product quality as new features are launched at pace
  • Designing, evaluating and communicating A B tests and experiments to improve product outcomes
  • Partnering with product managers to propose data led ideas and identify opportunities for optimisation
  • Translating complex analysis into clear, actionable insights for non technical stakeholders

Your Skills and Experience

  • Strong product analytics experience within a digital or consumer facing environment
  • Advanced SQL skills and experience using Looker or similar BI tools
  • Confidence in experimentation, A B testing and performance evaluation
  • Experience using Python for analysis is desirable
  • Familiarity with dbt or modern analytics engineering practices is a bonus
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to challenge, influence and explain insights clearly
