Product Analyst
This is an excellent opportunity to step into a hands-on Product Analyst role within a well-known consumer membership platform. You'll play a key role in analysing how members and partners use the discount card product, uncovering trends, pain points, and opportunities, and translating data into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders across the business.
This role sits firmly in analytics rather than data science, ideal for someone with strong SQL, solid Python, and experience working in product or experimentation-led environments.
The Role
- Analyse how members use the discount card, identifying behavioural trends, usage patterns, and drop-offs
- Evaluate partner (merchant/client) performance and engagement with the product
- Use multiple data sources including customer behaviour data, surveys, pain points, and year-to-year trends
- Support experimentation and A/B testing, measuring impact and surfacing actionable recommendations
- Translate complex analysis into simple, compelling insights for product, commercial, and senior stakeholders
- Present findings clearly, focusing on what the data means and what action to take, not just the numbers
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to inform product decisions and improvements
Your Skills and Experience
- Strong experience in a Product Analyst or Data Analyst role (not data science focused)
- Excellent SQL skills with confidence querying and interpreting large datasets
- Working knowledge of Python for analysis is highly desirable
- Previous experience with experimentation / A/B testing in a product or digital environment
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain insights to non-technical audiences
- Background in consumer, digital, or membership-based platforms preferred
Why This Role
- High-impact, insight-driven role influencing real product decisions
- Strong stakeholder exposure with a clear focus on storytelling and simplification
- Lean environment with fast decision-making
