This is a hands-on role where you'll help shape new ideas, work closely with external partners, and ensure the delivery of engaging, compliant, and high-quality products.
What you'll be doing-
Manage the full product lifecycle for multiple projects - from ideation and concept development through to delivery and optimisation.
-
Work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure smooth, on-time launches.
-
Balance new product development with iterative improvements to existing offerings.
-
Support and mentor junior team members, helping to build capability across the function.
-
Contribute to broader innovation initiatives, exploring new features, mechanics, and player experiences.
-
3-4+ years' experience in Product Management, ideally within gaming, iGaming, or entertainment.
-
Experience working on interactive or instant win-style games is highly desirable.
-
Strong understanding of creative and technical delivery processes.
-
Proven ability to manage multiple products concurrently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
-
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
-
A proactive, adaptable mindset with the ability to think both creatively and commercially.
Nice to have:
-
Experience with regulated or compliance-driven industries.
-
Exposure to licensed or partnership-based product development.
-
Previous mentoring or line management experience.
This is a great opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking business that's driving innovation and change. You'll have ownership of your roadmap, the freedom to contribute ideas, and the chance to make a visible impact across a range of engaging products.
