The Role This is a Product Manager role with a focus on automation and operational efficiency. You'll work cross-functionally to identify opportunities to streamline processes and implement scalable solutions that improve how the business operates.

This role is hands-on and suited to someone who enjoys solving problems end-to-end, including designing and building solutions using a range of tools and technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify inefficiencies across internal workflows and processes

  • Design and implement automation solutions to improve scalability

  • Collaborate with teams across the business to understand challenges and deliver improvements

  • Build and optimise systems using low-code/no-code tools and other technologies

  • Track and communicate the impact of your work on business performance

What They're Looking For

  • 3-5+ years' experience in a product, operations, or similar role

  • Demonstrated experience improving processes or implementing automation

  • Hands-on, proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills

  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments

  • Able to clearly articulate the outcomes and impact of your work
