Product Manager £60,000 + bonus Hybrid, London, 3 days per week in office 12 month fixed term contract

The Company A leading name in the gaming space that is undergoing a large scale product and digital transformation. The Role You will be the Product Manager responsible for shaping, delivering and optimising the Instant Win Games roadmap. This covers ownership of game concepts, delivery timelines, studio management and launch execution. Your goal is to deliver high performing games that engage players, meet commercial targets and uphold strict regulatory and player protection standards.

Key Responsibilities* Own the end to end delivery of multiple IWG titles from concept to launch* Write briefs, define prize structures and review creative and technical builds* Manage relationships with third party studios and internal production teams* Lead daily stand ups and support junior product execs where needed* Work with legal, compliance, data and participant protection teams* Monitor performance and recommend optimisation and innovation initiatives

What They Are Looking For* Experience in the gambling, lottery, iGaming or digital casino sector is essential* Proven success delivering real money games or interactive digital game products* Understanding of game mechanics, RTP, prize structures and player behaviour* Strong stakeholder and supplier management experience* Ability to manage multiple projects within a regulated environment* Experience with agile delivery and product roadmaps
