Product Manager

Product Manager

Coventry (Hybrid - 2x Days a Week in Office)

£40,000-£50,000

The Company

We're partnered with a well-established, membership-led leisure organisation with a national footprint and over 750,000 members across the UK, operating 80+ sites nationwide and offering services across multiple forms of outdoor accommodation; this not-for-profit organisation has been around for over a century and is now undergoing a commercial and marketing transformation under new leadership, and with a recently restructured Marketing function and a renewed focus on accountability and growth, this is a brilliant time to join!

The Role

This is a true end-to-end Product Manager position focused on guest experience and new proposition development; you won't inherit a single defined product, instead, you'll shape, evolve and launch new membership and on-site propositions designed to enhance customer experience and drive revenue.

Key responsibilities include:

Product Development & Innovation

  • Lead development of new guest propositions (e.g. pitch upgrades, early arrival/late departure, new accommodation concepts such as glamping)
  • Explore and test new market opportunities
  • Translate customer insight into commercially viable product propositions
  • Assess feasibility across 80+ locations
  • Own initiatives from concept through to rollout

Customer Experience Focus

  • Champion a customer-first mindset across all initiatives
  • Improve the end-to-end journey across digital and physical touchpoints
  • Ensure propositions are clearly positioned around customer benefit
  • Embed insight and data into product decision-making

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • You'll work closely with Operations, Brand & Digital, Research & Insights, Revenue & Pricing, and Creative.

This is influence-without-authority leadership; aligning multiple stakeholders, defining commercial models, integrating propositions into booking journeys, and ensuring smooth operational rollout.

Your Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager
  • Background in service-led environments such as travel, leisure, hospitality, transport or membership businesses
  • Strong cross-functional delivery experience
  • Demonstrable experience using insight and data to inform decisions
  • Experience launching propositions end-to-end
  • Confident communicator with a proactive, passionate approach

Product development experience is essential. Travel/leisure exposure is highly desirable

The Benefits

  • £40,000-£50,000
