Product Manager (6 month FTC)
London (Tottenham Court Road, Hybrid) Up to £60,000
I am recruiting for a Product Manager to join a high-growth fintech startup disrupting the wealth management space.
This role sits within a fast-scaling product team and focuses on building automation and AI-driven solutions to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual processes across the business.
The Role- Identify and automate manual operational processes across teams
- Build and implement low-code / no-code solutions and AI tools
- Work closely with internal stakeholders (ops, marketing, product)
- Partner with senior product leaders on AI and automation initiatives
- Deliver solutions that improve efficiency and reduce reliance on headcount
- Translate business problems into practical, scalable solutions
- 3-5+ year's experience in product, automation, or similar roles
- Strong problem-solving mindset with hands-on automation experience
- Experience using no-code / low-code tools or AI solutions
- Background in fast-paced startups or tech environments
- Ability to work independently and deliver end-to-end solutions
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Salary up to £70,000
- Hybrid/flexible working (1-2 days onsite)
