This is an exciting opportunity for you to take ownership of a full acquisition and conversion journey within a high growth digital business. You will shape how users move from first engagement through to completed purchase, driving measurable improvements that directly influence performance.

The Role

This is a consumer led, consumer focused role where you will take lead on ownership over the app.

• Own the end-to-end acquisition and conversion funnel and identify where users drop off.
• Lead a cross functional squad to deliver impactful features, journey improvements and experiments.
• Build and prioritise an optimisation roadmap informed by data and hypothesis driven testing.
• Use analytics to understand user behaviour and guide product decisions.
• Apply automation and AI to reduce friction, improve personalisation and support decision making.
• Partner with teams across credit, operations, marketing, compliance and CRM to maximise conversion impact.

Your Skills and Experience

• Strong experience owning and improving complex, multi-step funnels.
• Expertise in experimentation and optimisation, including A/B and multivariate testing.
• Confidence working directly with data to guide decisions.
• Experience applying AI or automation within digital journeys.
• Ability to lead cross functional teams and influence stakeholders.
• Strong judgement, prioritisation skills and a proactive approach to delivery.
