Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Remote with occasional travel

Contract: 6 months initially

IR35: Outside

Rate: £400-£500 per day

Overview:

A Consultancy is looking for support leading construction/housebuilder, they are looking for a versatile Project Manager to set up a PMO function and support various work streams. This role will help keep delivery on track and provide much-needed bandwidth across several change programmes.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee five workstreams, helping to shape and support a developing PMO function.
• Drive delivery across digital enablement (CRM, customer journey), construction quality, customer care, property design, and relationship management.
• Act as a BA where needed - gathering requirements, documenting processes, and supporting organisational change.
• Provide structure, governance, and clear reporting across all streams.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Broad background spanning BA, PM, and PMO responsibilities - being fluid is key
• Confident dealing with senior stakeholders up to MD level.
• Experience within housing, real estate, property, or construction is essential.
• Able to bring clarity, structure, and strong communication across complex programmes.
