The Opportunity

This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing tech scale-up building a next-generation financial product within a cross-functional squad. You'll play a key role in elevating software quality by driving automation and reducing manual testing across a modern microservices architecture. The role offers the chance to collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other QA engineers while influencing testing strategy and best practices.

Role and Responsibilities

  • The role centres on designing, building and maintaining automated tests to strengthen quality across a microservices-based financial product.
  • You'll collaborate with product managers, developers and fellow QA engineers to ensure requirements are clear, testable and consistent.
  • Responsibilities include expanding automated test suites, reducing manual testing, and performing smoke, regression, functional and API testing.
  • The tech stack includes Java/Kotlin, Selenium/Selenide or Playwright, TestNG/JUnit, RestAssured, Feign, Postman, SQL, Sentry, Elasticsearch, and performance tools like JMeter or Gatling.
  • You will also champion the adoption of AI tools to speed up script development and boost testing efficiency.
