THE ROLE
As a Senior Quantitative Insight Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering strategic, data-driven insight to clients while shaping the continued growth of the consultancy's quantitative capability.
In this hands-on and varied role, you will:
- Lead and deliver fast-turnaround quantitative projects from design to debrief.
- Analyse data using tools such as Q (or similar) to generate clear, commercial insights.
- Translate numbers into stories - engaging senior stakeholders with strategic recommendations.
- Design and write compelling proposals, contributing to new business growth.
- Work across brand tracking, segmentation, innovation testing, pricing, and comms evaluation.
- Collaborate with senior colleagues to evolve ways of working, mentor others, and improve processes.
Approximate time split:
- 60% project delivery and analysis
- 20% business development (proposals, pitches, client growth)
- 20% collaboration, mentoring and operational improvement
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
You'll bring:
- Proven experience running end-to-end quantitative research projects.
- Strong client management and presentation skills, with confidence at senior levels.
- Excellent storytelling and proposal writing ability.
- Proficiency with Q or similar analysis tools (e.g., SPSS, R, Excel-based).
- Ability to balance tactical and strategic work in a fast-moving environment.
- Commercial awareness and a proactive, hands-on approach.
It's a bonus if you have:
- Experience in qualitative research or facilitation.
- Interest in behavioural science or consumer psychology.
- Experience with advanced analytics (e.g. regression, conjoint, max-diff).
- Exposure to AI tools, simulators, or forecasting models.
- Strong creative instincts - in writing, design, or storytelling.
