RESEARCH EXECUTIVE (12-MONTH FTC) - QUANTITATIVE RESEARCH

THE TEAM This role sits in the Research team working across political, social, and commercial clients. You'll collaborate closely with senior researchers, managers, analysts, as well as engineering and growth teams. Projects vary from large-scale trackers to bespoke ad hoc studies, offering both variety and challenge.

THE ROLE As a Research Executive, you'll independently deliver quantitative and AI-enabled qualitative projects, acting as the main client contact on self-serve engagements while supporting the delivery of high-quality data and insights across the team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Owning and delivering quantitative research projects from start to finish using proprietary tech platforms
  • Managing client relationships, ensuring an exceptional level of service and responsiveness
  • Supporting clients who script and launch their own surveys via self-serve tools
  • Cleaning raw data, validating methodologies, and ensuring quality control
  • Collaborating with colleagues on political, social, and commercial briefs

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • 1-2 years' experience in quantitative research, ideally in a small or boutique agency environment
  • Strong eye for detail with the ability to spot errors in surveys or sampling methodologies
  • Experience working at pace on projects such as brand tracking, ad testing, or ad hoc research
  • Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
  • Proficient in handling raw data and ensuring high quality outputs
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Bonus: exposure to Displayr or other data visualisation tools, plus an interest in AI's use in research
