This is a chance to step into a high impact analytics focused research role within a technology led research business. You will play a key role in shaping advanced analytical approaches, leading complex projects, and helping organisations truly understand people beyond surface level data.

The Role As Research Manager, you will be a core part of the analytics capability, leading sophisticated quantitative work and raising standards across projects. You will work across a range of sectors and project sizes, from large multi stakeholder programmes to end to end delivery of smaller engagements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning analytics workstreams across major research projects, including segmentation, factor reduction and advanced regression modelling
- Leading and developing best practice for analytical standards, processes and methodologies
- Automating repeatable analytical tasks for trackers and long running client projects
- Running end to end research and insight projects, primarily quantitative with exposure to mixed methods
- Contributing to proposals, RFPs and project design
- Managing multiple projects and deliverables in a fast-paced consulting style environment
Your Skills & Experience
This role is heavily focused on hands on statistical analysis, with you leading advanced quantitative modelling and turning complex data into clear, actionable insight.
- Strong commercial experience delivering statistical and analytical research projects
- Hands on expertise with segmentation and clustering techniques, factor analysis and mixed effects regression models
- Deep experience working with survey data, including cleaning, merging, weighting and quality control
- Confident exploratory data analysis skills and a curiosity for uncovering patterns and insight
- Strong proficiency in R or Python for analysis and visualisation
- Experience working across different datasets, including large scale or public data sources
- Comfort working across multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high delivery standards
- Interest in politics or social research is beneficial but not essential
