I am recruiting for a Research Manager to join a fast-growing, AI-driven research technology company focused on transforming how organisations generate insight.
This is a high-impact role within the analytics team, leading advanced modelling and delivering insight across a range of projects
The Role- Lead analytics across research projects (segmentation, clustering, modelling)
- Run end-to-end research projects, mainly quantitative
- Analyse and interpret survey and external data sets
- Apply statistical methods (e.g. regression, factor analysis)
- Automate and improve recurring analysis processes
- Support proposals and contribute to new business work
- 3+ years in analytics, research, or similar
- Strong statistical analysis experience
- Confident working with survey data
- Proficiency in R or Python
- Strong problem-solving and insight generation skills
- Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Up to £60,000 salary
