£400 - £450 PER DAY INSIDE IR35
REMOTE (WITH AD HOC OFFICE DAYS)

THE COMPANY:
This leading retailer is investing heavily in its Retail Media capability and is looking for an experienced Retail Media Analyst to support the optimisation and measurement of media performance across multiple customer touchpoints. This is an opportunity to work with a well-established brand, helping shape how retail media campaigns are measured and optimised to drive commercial outcomes.
THE ROLE:
As a Retail Media Analyst, you will play a key role in helping the business maximise the value of its retail media activity through advanced campaign measurement, strategic analysis, and stakeholder consulting. You'll work across a wide range of marketing channels, partnering with commercial teams to optimise performance and drive better business outcomes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Measure and evaluate the performance of retail media campaigns across multiple channels.
- Partner with commercial stakeholders to advise on campaign setup, tracking methodologies, and performance optimisation.
- Provide strategic recommendations to improve channel effectiveness and maximise commercial performance.
- Analyse activity across CRM, website, paid social, in-store screens, and point of sale (POS).
- Develop and maintain robust measurement frameworks to track campaign success against commercial objectives.
- Carry out customer analytics and digital activity tracking to uncover actionable insights.
- Work extensively with Databricks, SQL, Python, and R to manipulate, analyse, and interpret large datasets.
- Support data integration and transformation projects, including leveraging Google Analytics and BigQuery data within Databricks where required.
- Present analytical findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Proven experience working within Retail Media Analytics.
- Strong background measuring and optimising campaign performance across multiple marketing channels.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to consult senior commercial teams and influence decision-making.
- Advanced SQL skills and extensive experience working with Databricks.
- Strong Python and/or R experience for analysis and modelling.
- Experience with Google Analytics and BigQuery, with exposure to migrating or integrating data into Databricks being highly desirable.
- Experience working with digital tracking, campaign measurement, and customer analytics.
- Ability to translate complex analytical findings into clear commercial recommendations.
