This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially focused Retail Media Data Analyst to join a growing analytics function and help shape the future of retail media performance. You'll work with rich customer data, influence marketing strategy, and deliver insights that drive measurable business impact across a well-established consumer brand.

The Role

As a Retail Media Data Analyst, you will:

  • Deliver insight and analysis across Retail Media, CRM, and Loyalty activities
  • Build and evaluate customer audiences and segmentation strategies for marketing activation
  • Measure campaign effectiveness, including uplift, incrementality, ROI, and commercial performance
  • Produce post-campaign reviews with clear recommendations for future activity
  • Analyse customer health metrics including acquisition, engagement, retention, and customer value
  • Partner with commercial and marketing stakeholders to demonstrate the value of customer data
  • Develop actionable insights that influence audience targeting and campaign strategy
  • Contribute to scalable analytical solutions within a collaborative analytics environment
  • Monitor industry developments and emerging best practices across retail media and customer analytics

Your Skills & Experience

  • Strong commercial experience within the retail sector
  • Advanced SQL skills with the ability to work with complex datasets
  • Experience using Python or R for analytical projects
  • Proven ability to analyse and evaluate marketing campaign performance
  • Experience using customer data to inform business decisions and improve marketing effectiveness
  • Understanding of statistical methodologies, including hypothesis testing and confidence intervals
  • Exposure to cloud-based data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, or BigQuery
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Comfortable working within a collaborative, agile environment
