This company is a growing FinTech that have been growing steadily over the past few years. They have multiple offerings and a close-knit team that really value progression and development.

THE ROLE

This role is very varied and will include work with a number of teams:

• Analysing customer and trend data, including work on root cause analysis and customer segmentation, to drive insight into lending performance and identify opportunities for improvement
• Work with the collections team to build forecasting models and conduct wider portfolio analysis
• Work closely with compliance and risk to ensure adherence to policies and note abnormalities
• Present and report to senior stakeholders, producing reports and dashboards to monitor business performance

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Essential to have knowledge of SQL and prior experience using this
• Essential to have worked with large data sets and driven insight into this, ideally within financial services
• Strong communication skills and prior experience in communicating complex data

• Base salary of up to £50,000
