SEO Manager London £50,000 - £55,000 Hybrid working, one day a week in the office

The Company

This digital business partners with some of the most exciting consumer brands in hospitality, food and drink, travel and entertainment. Their focus is performance driven digital growth and they are looking for someone to take complete ownership of SEO and elevate delivery to best in class.

The Role

You will join the performance function covering SEO, paid media, CRO and CRM. This role will drive strategic SEO planning and execution across a mix of data heavy and creative brand led sites. You will work closely with account managers, content and tech teams and will lead two strong offshore SEO specialists who support delivery.

Your responsibilities will include* Owning SEO strategy and roadmap across both technical and content led work* Conducting audits and shaping recommendations for development and content teams* Ensuring SEO supports wider commercial outcomes for clients* Presenting strategy and results clearly to clients and internal stakeholders* Managing workflow and QA across the SEO team* Keeping ahead of changes in search including AI led shifts and industry developments* Contributing to pitches and growth opportunities

Your Experience

* Strong background in technical and content SEO* Confident client communicator who can simplify SEO to non specialists* Experience working in an agency or multi project environment* Ability to manage team performance and improve quality standards* Proficiency with SEMrush, Ahrefs and Screaming Frog
