This role offers the chance to take ownership of SEO performance for a major ecommerce retail site, driving meaningful commercial impact. You will work in a fast-paced digital environment where SEO is valued, well-resourced and central to wider growth plans.

The Role

  • Lead and optimise SEO performance for a high traffic ecommerce site.
  • Shape and deliver a full SEO strategy across technical, content and onsite optimisation.
  • Conduct keyword research and identify performance opportunities.
  • Manage site health including crawling, indexing and technical diagnostics.
  • Work with trading, content and commercial teams to align SEO with business priorities.
  • Collaborate with agency partners to deliver roadmap initiatives.
  • Report on KPIs and share insight with stakeholders.
  • Support junior team members in the premium focused position.

Your Skills and Experience

  • Strong commercial experience across technical and content SEO.
  • Confidence taking ownership of SEO performance for a large-scale site.
  • Comfortable operating with autonomy and adapting quickly to change.
  • Skilled in stakeholder engagement across multiple teams.
  • Proficient with Screaming Frog, Google Search Console and GA4.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to prioritise effectively.
  • A proactive approach and genuine interest in driving SEO growth.
