SEO SPECIALIST (AI) UP TO £35,000 + BONUS + BENEFITS CAMBRIDGE 2 DAYS PER WEEK

THE ROLE As an AI & Search Optimisation Specialist, you'll:

• Implement SEO improvements across site architecture, on-page elements and structured data
• Optimise content for both traditional search and emerging AI visibility
• Maintain and refine SEO/content processes and resolve visibility issues
• Audit and enhance schema; support technical audits for performance in new search environments
• Grow authority via targeted outreach and publishing on external platforms
• Partner with stakeholders across marketing and content to ship scalable SEO initiatives

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Hands-on SEO experience (agency or in-house)
• Active interest in AI-driven search and generative SERPs
• Familiar with AI tools supporting search/content strategies and current AI search discussions
• Confident with WordPress, GA4, GSC, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs
• Comfortable with schema markup and structured data
• Forward-thinking, practical, collaborative
