SEO Specialist

We're looking for an AI & SEO Specialist to help shape the future of search visibility and digital performance within a forward-thinking professional services firm.
You'll join a collaborative marketing and business development team focused on driving high-quality leads, elevating brand authority, and delivering measurable growth through data, creativity, and technology.
If you're an SEO professional who understands traditional search but is energised by the rise of AI-driven discovery, generative SERPs, and emerging search experiences - this role is for you.
What you'll do-
Implement SEO improvements across site architecture, structured data, and on-page content.

Optimise content for both traditional search and AI-enhanced discovery platforms.

Maintain and refine SEO and content processes to ensure consistent best practice.

Audit and enhance structured data, resolving visibility issues proactively.

Manage and expand backlink profiles through targeted outreach and partnerships.

Support technical audits to maximise site performance in evolving search ecosystems.

Collaborate with content and digital colleagues to improve visibility, engagement, and authority.

Hands-on SEO experience (agency or in-house).

Strong interest in AI-driven search and emerging visibility technologies.

Familiarity with tools such as WordPress, GA4, GSC, Screaming Frog, and Ahrefs.

Awareness of schema markup, structured data, and technical optimisation best practices.

A creative, analytical mindset and a genuine curiosity about the future of search.
