The Role

• Build and productionise AI solutions within large-scale, enterprise environments.
• Contribute to end-to-end delivery across data, software, and platform engineering elements.
• Collaborate closely with engineering leads and consultants to design robust AI systems.
• Work directly with customers, occasionally on client site, to understand requirements and shape technical outcomes.
• Operate in a highly technical team, contributing to high-impact programmes that require strong engineering excellence.

Your Skills and Experience

• Strong commercial experience in designing and deploying production-ready AI or machine learning systems.
• Strong Python engineering capability.
• Experience working on complex AI or data-driven solutions in enterprise or consultancy settings.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfort working in hybrid teams and delivering work in structured, outcome-driven environments.
