The Role
- Build and productionise AI solutions within large-scale, enterprise environments.
- Contribute to end-to-end delivery across data, software, and platform engineering elements.
- Collaborate closely with engineering leads and consultants to design robust AI systems.
- Work directly with customers, occasionally on client site, to understand requirements and shape technical outcomes.
- Operate in a highly technical team, contributing to high-impact programmes that require strong engineering excellence.
Your Skills and Experience
- Strong commercial experience in designing and deploying production-ready AI or machine learning systems.
- Strong Python engineering capability.
- Experience working on complex AI or data-driven solutions in enterprise or consultancy settings.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Comfort working in hybrid teams and delivering work in structured, outcome-driven environments.
