The Company A remote first, London based SaaS business focused on helping product teams build, scale and manage design systems. Their platform connects design, code and documentation to improve consistency and speed of delivery. They are now investing heavily in AI to power more advanced workflows and automation.
The Role
- Build and evolve an AI driven platform used in production environments
- Design agent based workflows across code, design tools and documentation
- Develop orchestration layers and retrieval systems for structured and unstructured data
- Deliver end to end features across frontend, backend and AI systems
- Work closely with product and design to build intuitive, high quality solutions
- Contribute to system design, architecture and long term technical direction
Your Skills and Experience
- Strong commercial experience building AI powered systems in production
- Experience with LLM frameworks, retrieval systems and agent workflows
- Full stack development experience, including React
- Strong system design and API development capability
- Product focused mindset with a focus on usability and impact
- Experience in startup or scaling environments with a sense of ownership
