Senior Analyst
Senior Analyst - Data & Logistics | £65k-£85k + London - 3 days in the office
We're working with a high-growth logistics tech platform on the hunt for a commercially-minded Senior Analyst to join their data team. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a fast-paced, mission-driven business that's reinventing how large-scale transport works across the UK and Europe.
As the company continues to scale, they need someone who's not just great with numbers, but who can connect the dots between complex datasets and real-world operations-shaping pricing, improving efficiency, and driving measurable business outcomes.
What you'll be doing:
-
Analysing customer and supplier data to spot inefficiencies and optimise logistics performance
-
Working closely with pricing, product, and supply teams to support key business decisions
-
Building dashboards and owning KPI tracking across operations
-
Presenting actionable insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders
-
Contributing to strategic roadmaps and operational planning
What they're looking for:
-
5-8 years' experience in analytics, ideally within fast-paced or scaling businesses
-
Strong Python and SQL skills (Python preferred)
-
Experience handling complex, messy, or legacy datasets
-
Exposure to logistics, marketplaces, transport, or similar domains is a bonus
-
Someone proactive, switched-on, and confident managing stakeholders
The environment:
-
You'll be the sole Analyst working alongside a team of Data Scientists
-
The team is collaborative, high energy, and values cultural fit as highly as skillset
-
Expect lots of ownership, quick iterations, and the chance to genuinely influence the direction of the business
