The Role You will:
- Analyse customer behaviour, retention, churn, and lifecycle performance to identify trends and opportunities.
- Partner closely with Product, Growth, Commercial, and Trading teams to support strategic decision-making.
- Translate ambiguous business problems into structured analytical frameworks.
- Build dashboards, reports, and decision-support analysis to guide stakeholders.
- Support experimentation, performance measurement, and insight-led initiatives.
- Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of analytical best practice across the business.
Your Skills & Experience
- Strong commercial experience using SQL to analyse complex datasets.
- Proven ability to structure analysis independently and deliver clear recommendations.
- Solid understanding of customer behaviour, retention, and lifecycle analysis.
- Confidence working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
