Salary: Up to £80,000 + 5% bonus + share options

Location: Remote

We're working with a fast-growing, tech-forward company investing heavily in their data platform - and they're hiring a Senior Analytics Engineer to help build the foundations of their next-generation analytics function.

You'll be joining a small but ambitious Analytics Engineering team, reporting to a hands-on leader with a background in BI and data operations. You'll collaborate closely with BI, Data Science, and Data Engineering, as well as stakeholders across Product, Engineering, and Commercial.

This role is ideal for someone who wants ownership, autonomy, and the chance to shape the future of data in a high-impact environment.

What You'll Do

• Design and build modular, reusable data models using dbt and Snowflake
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deeply understand use cases and deliver scalable data solutions
• Define and maintain the single source of truth for core business metrics
• Contribute to CI/CD, testing frameworks, and model documentation
• Help improve data architecture and platform governance
• Advocate for best practices and continuously learn and share ideas

Interview Process

1. Intro conversation - informal conversation with a team member (approx. 1 hour)
2. Take-home task - SQL + data scenario, designed to be completed in 3-4 days
3. Technical review - deep dive into your solution with a senior team member
4. Final interview - a culture and values chat with senior leadership
