We're working with a fast-growing, customer-focused lender providing flexible short-term financial solutions to underserved markets. As they scale, they are seeking a Senior Analytics Manager to lead advanced analytics initiatives and embed a data-driven culture across the business.About the Role You'll play a key role in shaping the data and analytics strategy, delivering insights that drive smarter decisions across credit risk, marketing, digital, and operations. Partnering with senior leaders, you'll turn complex data into clear, commercial outcomes.What You'll Do

• Lead analytics projects across key business areas
• Build models and tools to solve real-world problems
• Communicate insights to non-technical and senior stakeholders
• Champion data quality, governance, and regulatory compliance
• Manage and mentor a small team of analysts

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years in financial services, with leadership experience
• Strong technical skills (SQL, Python or R) and statistical modelling
• Deep understanding of working with large datasets
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with FCA regulations
