The Role
- Own and evolve the collections and recoveries strategy across products, customer journeys and markets.
- Use data and analytics to identify opportunities to improve performance while balancing customer experience and financial outcomes.
- Partner closely with teams across operations, product, finance and engineering to turn insight into action.
- Lead strategic initiatives that support sustainable scaling and expansion into new areas.
- Influence senior stakeholders with clear, evidence based recommendations that drive measurable impact.
Your Skills and Experience
- Strong commercial experience in strategy, analytics or data focused roles within a complex organisation.
- Advanced analytical capability with hands on use of SQL and Python to explore large, varied datasets.
- Ability to move confidently between detailed analysis and high level strategic thinking.
- Proven stakeholder management skills and experience working cross functionally in fast paced environments.
- A proactive, ownership driven approach with the confidence to lead initiatives end to end.
