SENIOR BI & INSIGHTS ANALYST

This is an exciting opportunity to step into a high-impact Senior BI and Insights Analyst position where you will shape how data is used across a growing organisation. You will work end-to-end on meaningful BI projects, influence senior stakeholders, and help drive a modern data transformation.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Senior BI & Insights Analyst will: * Develop and enhancing Power BI dashboards, data models, and reporting structures. * Manage BI support tickets, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring report accuracy. * Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, prototype solutions, and present insights. * Support the development of a unified data platform and modern data architecture. * Contribute to data automation, modelling, and process improvement initiatives. * Participate in strategic discussions and providing insight to senior leaders. * Help drive the shift from disparate reporting to a scalable, centralised BI environment.

TOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience: * Strong commercial experience developing end-to-end Power BI solutions. * Strong SQL skills and experience working with ETL processes or data pipelines. * Proficiency in Power BI data modelling, including DAX. * Experience with the wider Microsoft Power Platform, such as Power Automate or Power Apps. * Ability to translate business problems into actionable insights and BI solutions. * Comfortable collaborating with senior stakeholders in fast-paced environments. * Experience with modern data platforms, Python, or the education sector is beneficial but not essential.
