Senior Back-End Software Engineer up to £90,000Nottingham (Hybrid)

You will take ownership of designing and delivering backend services within a modern MACH-based digital platform (Microservices, API-first, Cloud-Native and Headless). Working closely with product, frontend and platform teams. Key responsibilities include:

Designing, developing and maintaining scalable microservices using TypeScript and Node.js
Building and supporting GraphQL and REST APIs for internal and external integrations
Translating business requirements into robust technical solutions, architecture and documentation
Championing code quality, automation, CI/CD and DevOps best practices across the team

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

You will bring strong capability in:

TypeScript and Node.js development
Microservices-based architectures
GraphQL and REST API design
Working with SQL and NoSQL databases
Modern software development practices, including CI/CD, testing and automation
