Hybrid - Cheshire (1-2 days per week)
£50,000 - £55,000
This is an excellent opportunity to lead CRM analytics in a data rich, customer focused environment. You will work closely with Marketing to shape strategy, influence campaigns and deliver measurable commercial impact through high quality insights.

The Role
* Lead best practice across CRM analytics including storytelling, visualisation and insight generation
* Act as the subject matter expert for campaign measurement and CRM analytics methodologies
* Partner with Marketing teams to define objectives, optimise campaigns and ensure effective execution
* Use customer and campaign data to shape marketing strategy and CRM planning
* Drive innovation by introducing new tools, techniques and approaches to analytics
* Deliver actionable recommendations to improve engagement and return on investment
Your Skills and Experience
* Strong commercial experience using SQL and working with large scale data warehouses
* Proven delivery of end to end analytics projects from requirements through to measurable outcomes
* Deep B2C CRM analytics experience across targeting, data design and customer journey analysis
* Ability to communicate complex data clearly to non technical stakeholders
* Strong stakeholder management, prioritisation and planning skills
* Collaborative mindset with experience supporting or mentoring others
* Exposure to tools such as Power BI, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar is beneficial
