We're hiring a Senior CRM Analyst to join a growing Decisioning & Analytics team within a leading entertainment brand undergoing a major digital transformation. With one of the largest marketing spends in the UK, this is a chance to shape CRM strategy, work on exciting campaigns, and play a key role in personalisation and targeting.

What You'll Do:

- Build and segment audiences for multi-channel campaigns (email, app, web, push, paid social, personalisation)- Analyse campaign performance to measure impact, ROI, and engagement- Develop dashboards and reports in Power BI to track KPIs and optimise performance- Partner with operations teams to deliver end-to-end campaigns- Contribute to automation and personalisation strategies- Support new product launches and high-profile campaign streams- Be part of CRM transformation projects, including new platforms and advanced analytics

Tech & Tools:

- SQL (core skill, essential)- Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) - or similar CRM platforms- Power BI for reporting and dashboards

Who We're Looking For:

- 3-5+ years in CRM, marketing analytics, or decisioning roles- Strong SQL skills (non-negotiable)- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or another CRM platform- Comfortable analysing campaigns and providing recommendations- Background in consumer-facing industries (retail, FMCG, entertainment) a plus
