THE COMPANY
We are working with a renowned travel business on a strategic CRM hire.
THE ROLE
The successful Senior CRM & Digital Marketing Manager responsibilities will include:
- Lead and evolve the CRM and digital performance strategy across paid and owned channels
- Manage and develop a team of 5 (CRM Manager, CRM Executive, Digital Marketing Specialist, Social Media & Content Manager, Content Executive)
- Work closely with the Head of Marketing & Digital and Senior Manager for Brand & Campaigns to ensure alignment across the wider team
- Oversee relationships with external agencies, particularly paid search
- Champion a more coordinated approach to customer communications across CRM and digital
- Leverage internal and third-party data sources to inform segmentation, targeting, and personalisation
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
The successful Senior CRM & Digital Marketing Manager will have the following skills and experience:
- A blend of CRM and performance marketing experience-comfortable spanning both areas strategically
- Strong data mindset-able to work with teams to translate data into actionable insight and targeting strategies
- Prior experience managing and developing teams (ideally at least 2-3 direct reports)
- Experience working with or overseeing paid media agencies
- Exposure to Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Tealium is a plus but not essential
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, commercially focused environment
THE BENEFITS
The successful Senior CRM & Digital Marketing Manager will receive a salary of up to £70,000, plus an array of additional benefits.
