SENIOR CRM EXECUTIVE (9 MONTH FTC)
UP TO £35,000
LONDON
We're working with a fast-growing digital business looking for a Senior CRM Executive to take a hands-on role in building, optimising, and analysing multi-channel campaigns. If you're confident in your CRM craft and keen to take on more responsibility in a data-led, fast-moving team - this one's for you.
THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
You'll work across the full customer lifecycle, helping shape how users engage from onboarding through to renewal and reactivation. You'll balance campaign execution with testing, analysis, and collaboration across internal teams.
Day to day, you'll:
-
Take ownership of campaign QA and end-to-end testing, ensuring all logic and segmentation flow smoothly.
-
Support automated journeys - onboarding, renewal, and win-back - to keep engagement high.
-
Build and schedule lifecycle, promotional, and transactional campaigns across email, push, SMS, and in-app.
-
Partner with product, data, and compliance teams to ensure journeys meet wider business goals.
-
Track campaign performance, report on key metrics, and flag opportunities for optimisation.
-
Keep content fresh by updating seasonal messaging and offers across active journeys.
-
Get hands-on with tagging, segmentation, and personalisation to deliver relevant, dynamic messaging.
-
Contribute to continuous improvement by suggesting new tests and creative approaches.
YOUR SKILLS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
-
A solid foundation in CRM, lifecycle, or email marketing 1 year+ - ideally from a digital or subscription-led background.
-
Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach - you enjoy working cross-functionally.
-
A track record managing multiple projects at once, balancing short-term delivery with long-term thinking.
-
Hands-on experience with a CRM platform like Braze, SFMC, Ometria or similar tools.
-
Curiosity about user behaviour and how lifecycle journeys can drive engagement and retention.
-
Analytical mindset - confident looking at performance data and drawing out insights.
-
Comfort with testing and experimentation; you're not afraid to try new ideas and learn quickly.
-
A keen eye for detail and a structured, organised way of working.
