SENIOR CUSTOMER ANALYST
SALARY UP TO £70,000
LONDON
We're looking for a Senior Customer Analyst to work with a global business within the food ordering marketplace to focus on understanding, optimising, growing and extracting value out of their customer base.
THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
You'll work on maximising the current value of the customer base particularly around loyalty, retention, and acquisition.
Day to day you'll:
- Customer Base Management: Evaluate the effectiveness of customer segmentation models and base management strategies to enhance retention, re-engage inactive users, and support end-to-end lifecycle marketing efforts.
- Insight Generation: Deliver actionable insights on customer behaviour, preferences, and churn indicators to inform CRM and marketing strategies.
- Performance Tracking: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key customer metrics, including retention, lifetime value (LTV), churn, and engagement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with both local and global stakeholders across CRM, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure data-driven insights are integrated into strategic decisions.
- Data Storytelling: Leverage visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Google Sheets to communicate complex data in a clear and impactful way that drives action.
- Optimization & Experimentation: Continuously explore new opportunities to deepen understanding of customer behaviour through advanced analytics, A/B testing, and experimentation.
YOUR SKILLS AND RESPONSIBILITES:
- Customer & Lifecycle Analytics : Hands-on experience in customer and lifecycle analytics, particularly within B2C, subscription-based, or loyalty-driven environments.
- Journey & Behaviour Analysis : Demonstrated ability to analyse customer journeys and behavioural data to inform and influence strategic business decisions.
- Technical Proficiency : Advanced SQL skills (required), with additional experience in Python or R considered an advantage.
- Data Visualization : Proficient in using tools such as Tableau and Looker to create compelling, actionable visual insights.
- Stakeholder Communication: Skilled at presenting complex findings in a clear, accessible manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Customer Metrics Expertise : Deep understanding of core customer KPIs including retention, lifetime value (LTV), churn, and their underlying drivers.
- Impactful Insights : Demonstrated success in delivering insights that have led to measurable improvements in customer engagement, retention, and commercial performance.
