Senior Customer Success Manager Salary: £62-68k + commission | Location: London, Hybrid (3 days in office)
A leading AI-driven Customer Intelligence Platform is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager to join their CX team. The company helps businesses unlock insights from unstructured customer data, supporting clients in customer experience, survey analysis, conversational analytics, and fan intelligence.
Key Responsibilities:

Act as the voice of the customer and product within the account team.

Identify commercial opportunities to drive upsell and secure renewals.

Track KPIs including usage, retention, churn, and NPS, reporting insights regularly.

Partner with Account Managers to support client success and growth.

Contribute to strategic account planning and client engagement initiatives.
Requirements:

6-12 years experience, ideally in agency, SaaS, or BI/market research environments.

Commercially savvy with a strong business development mindset.

Solid understanding of Customer Experience (CX).
-
Excellent communication skills and personality; line management experience not required.
