THE COMPANY:

A leading UK company is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join its National Reporting and Insights function.

THE ROLE:

The Senior Data Analyst will be responsible for:

• Analysing service user data and producing regular reporting for external stakeholders.
• Delivering quarterly and monthly analysis for external stakeholders.
• Responding to ad hoc analytical requests from leadership and stakeholders.
• Supporting the development of new reporting processes and dashboards in Power BI.
• Acting as a mentor for colleagues, sharing Power BI expertise and building team capability.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Strong expertise using Excel and Power BI.
• Proven experience of delivering high-quality reporting and insights to stakeholders.
• Exposure to working with complex, messy datasets.
• Excellent stakeholder management, able to translate needs into actionable outputs.
• Proactive and self-sufficient, able to take initiative and prioritise effectively.
• Comfortable with change management in a transforming data function.
• Familiarity with AI functions of Copilot and Business Objects is desirable.
