Permanent role - 2/3 days a week in the office - London

Up to £55k + benefits

The Role:

We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join a growing data and analytics function, combining hands-on analytical work with team leadership responsibilities. You will lead the delivery of complex analysis, support strategic business initiatives, and help shape how data is used across the organisation. Alongside managing and mentoring a small team of analysts, you will work closely with senior stakeholders to drive data-led decision-making, improve processes, and identify opportunities for automation and innovation.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience leading or owning data and analytics projects.
  • Strong analytical skills with Python (or a similar programming language).
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience working with large and complex datasets.
  • Knowledge of data modelling, data cleansing, and data enrichment techniques.
  • Understanding of data quality assurance, validation, and governance principles.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities and delivering projects to deadlines.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Previous experience mentoring, coaching, or leading analysts.

  • Experience managing or developing high-performing analytics teams.
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations.
  • Experience driving process improvement and automation initiatives.
  • Background in media, marketing, agency, advertising, or similar fast-paced commercial environments.
  • Experience working with geographic or location-based datasets.
  • A passion for championing data-driven decision-making across an organisation.
