I'm currently partnering with a fast-growing technology business operating in the digital and media analytics space, and they're looking to hire a Senior Data Analyst to join their expanding Business Intelligence team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to step into a highly visible role, working with global brands while also mentoring junior analysts and influencing data strategy.

The Role

As a Senior Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality data analysis to support both client-facing work and internal decision-making.

You'll work closely with senior leadership while also helping to guide and develop more junior members of the team. The role is hands-on, with a strong focus on advanced analytics, problem solving and improving processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver advanced data analysis to support business and client decisions
  • Support and mentor junior analysts within the team
  • Contribute to high-quality, data-led client proposals
  • Act as a key point of contact for complex analytical challenges
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to drive data usage
  • Manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
  • Support senior leadership with BI initiatives and reporting
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows through automation
  • Promote best practice and data quality standards
Experience Required
  • Strong experience with Python (or similar)
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Experience in data modelling, cleansing and enrichment
  • Understanding of data quality and validation
  • Proven experience working on complex data or analytics projects
  • Experience handling large datasets
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
Desirable
  • Experience with geospatial data
  • Background in media, marketing or agency environments
