As a Senior Data Analyst, you will have genuine influence across multiple teams, shaping how data is used to drive customer growth, retention, and product performance in a highly collaborative environment.

They are a high-growth online gambling and sports betting platform backed by significant recent investment and focused on delivering an intuitive, mobile-first user experience.

THE ROLE

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will partner with stakeholders across the organisation to turn complex questions into actionable insights.

Specifically, you can expect to be involved in the following:

  • Analysing customer behaviour, retention, churn, and lifecycle performance.
  • Partnering with Product, Growth, CRM, Commercial, and Trading team.
  • Translating ambiguous business challenges into structured analytical approaches.
  • Building dashboards, reports, and decision-support tools.
  • Supporting CRM and customer engagement strategies with data-driven insights.
  • Identifying trends, risks, and commercial opportunities through analysis.
  • Communicating insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

The successful Senior Data Analyst will have the following skills and experience:

  • Strong SQL and core analytical capability.
  • Experience across customer, commercial, CRM, or product analytics.
  • Proven ability to analyse customer behaviour, retention, or lifecycle metrics.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strong BI and reporting experience.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
  • Familiarity with modern data tools such as Snowflake, dbt, or similar platforms is advantageous.
