We are hiring for a Senior Data and Analytics Adviser to join a friendly, collaborative analytics function working at the centre of industry-shaping work. You will use your technical skills to drive insight, support policy and media activity, and influence the wider market.

The Role You will play a key role within our analytics team, helping us deliver high-quality insight across a mix of internal and external data. You will:
- Collect, manage and analyse data from member organisations and third-party sources.
- Create clear insight and commentary that supports policy work, media responses and internal decision making.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across technical and non-technical teams.
- Support major annual data collections, including market and diversity reporting.
- Produce market analysis, forecasting and reporting for internal committees and working groups.
- Identify process improvements and help embed better ways of working across the team.
- Provide guidance to junior colleagues where needed.
Your Skills and Experience
- Strong commercial experience using SQL, Excel and data visualisation tools, ideally Power BI.
- Confident working with third-party data sets such as survey, market research, regulatory or ONS data.
- Ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insight for varied audiences.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with both internal and external data sets to create analysis and narrative.
- Python experience is useful but not essential.
