ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Senior Data Analytics Consultant will:

  • Lead client-facing analytics engagements and building trusted stakeholder relationships.
  • Understand business challenges and translating requirements into analytical solutions.
  • Present insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Work with large and complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
  • Develop SQL-based analytical solutions and scalable reporting frameworks.
  • Build and maintaining dashboards using tools such as Tableau, Looker, or similar BI platforms.
  • Harmonise multiple data sources and ensuring data quality and consistency.
  • Apply statistical and analytical techniques to uncover drivers of business performance.
  • Manage project timelines, risks, governance, and stakeholder communications.
  • Collaborate with data, engineering, and consulting teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

  • Advanced SQL skills, including data extraction, transformation, optimisation, and analysis.
  • Strong background in data analytics and business intelligence.
  • Experience working with large and complex datasets.
  • Stakeholder management and client-facing experience.
  • Dashboard development using Tableau
  • Ability to translate analytical findings into actionable business recommendations.
  • Strong communication and data storytelling skills.
  • Experience presenting insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to explain the drivers behind business performance.
