You are an experienced Data Engineer looking for a challenge working with new tech for a healthcare provider with a strong social mission.

THE COMPANY

This growing healthcare provider will be working closely with corporate companies to offer services that align with their core objective of improving the mental well-being of their customer base.

THE ROLE

As a Senior Data Engineer, you will enjoy working on a team with a start-up mentality. The role involves data ingestion, transformation with autonomy and hands-off management.

Specifically, you can expect to be involved in the following:

• Data ingestion using Fivetran and Python Batch Scripts
• Using Databricks to store and process large volumes of data within an AWS environment
• Building data transformations with DBT
• Building visualisations using Power BI

Nice to Haves:

• Terraform
• Docker
• AWS Certification

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

The successful Senior Data Engineer will have the following skills and experience:

• Strong Python skills and R
• Databricks on AWS
• Experience with strong governance
• Previous work with health providers good but not essential
• History with startups good but not essential

• Salary/Rate between £80,000 - £90,000 - depending on experience
