This role offers the chance to sit at the centre of commercial decision-making, using data to influence real-time performance and senior stakeholder thinking. The Role

  • Lead day-to-day performance reporting and insight, delivering clear recommendations that influence operational and strategic decisions.
  • Partner closely with senior stakeholders across sales, digital, and operational teams to understand priorities and shape analytics outputs.
  • Build, own, and evolve dashboards that track performance and highlight opportunities for optimisation.
  • Translate complex data into concise, impactful stories that drive action.
  • Act as a trusted analytics partner, supporting leadership teams with timely, relevant insight.

Your Skills & Experience

  • Strong SQL skills with the ability to work confidently with large, complex datasets.
  • Proven experience building dashboards in Power BI or Tableau, with strong data visualisation capability.
  • Solid understanding of DAX to create robust, scalable metrics and measures.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence, challenge, and communicate insight clearly to non-technical audiences.
  • Commercial mindset and experience delivering insight that drives performance.
