• Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced data science models and solutions.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, design) to translate complex business challenges into data-driven strategies.

• Explore large datasets to uncover patterns, trends, and actionable insights.

• Develop prototypes and production-grade models for use cases such as predictive analytics, recommendation systems, and NLP applications.

• Mentor and guide junior data scientists and analysts.

• Stay up to date with the latest research, tools, and techniques in data science and machine learning.

• 5+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a related field.

• Strong proficiency in Python (or R) and experience with ML frameworks like scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.

• Deep experience in building and deploying models at scale.

• Solid understanding of statistics, experimentation, and data storytelling.

• Experience working with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

• Ability to thrive in a startup environment - self-starter, adaptable, and collaborative.
