Data Scientist / Senior Data Scientist - Experimentation and Causal Inference

The Role

• Lead deep dive analysis on experimentation, including cannibalisation and value decomposition
• Apply causal inference to identify true impact and drivers of change
• Evaluate experiments using counterfactuals and off policy approaches
• Build simulation tools to assess experiments before launch
• Partner with product and commercial teams to shape strategy

Your Skills and Experience

• Strong experience in experimentation and causal inference
• Background in Economics, Statistics, or a related field
• Solid grounding in econometrics and A B testing
• Experience with counterfactual analysis or simulation methods
• Proficiency in Python or R and SQL
