Senior Digital Analyst
SENIOR DIGITAL MANAGER
SALARY UP TO (£70,000 + GENEROUS CAR ALLOWANCE)

We're working with a large retailer looking for a Senior Digital Analyst to come in and lead the website and app user experience strategy.
THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for driving the strategy, delivery, and optimisation of website and app user experiences, ensuring alignment with business goals through collaboration with internal teams and external agencies.
- Lead UX strategy across web and app, using data, insights, and best practices
- Define and manage SEO strategy with agency support
- Set annual KPIs for digital platforms with internal stakeholders
- Oversee frontend design and development within budget and strategic priorities
- Manage agile sprints and feature rollouts with IT and agencies
- Ensure quality post-launch support and adherence to UX/content standards
- Coordinate with local and central teams, sharing best practices and training
- Manage agency relationships to deliver on digital goals and KPIs
- Align digital experience efforts across departments
- Use analytics and feedback to drive continuous platform improvement
- Gather global guest insights to enhance UX
- Conduct regular content and UX audits
YOUR SKILLS AND RESPONSIBILITES:
- Proven experience managing web, app, and SEO strategies (via agency collaboration)
- Strong grasp of UX design principles and digital content in luxury/fashion/lifestyle sectors
- Editorial and copy experience aligned with premium brand tone
- Performance-focused mindset with understanding of ROI, reach, frequency, and consumer behaviour
- Strategic and innovative thinker with a long-term vision
- Skilled in turning data into actionable insights; highly organised
- Confident communicator with experience presenting to diverse stakeholders Experienced in managing agencies, writing briefs, and overseeing execution
- Proficient in CMS platforms (e.g. Contentful, Umbraco), Excel, and PowerPoint
- Familiar with analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Hotjar) and Agile/Scrum methodologies
